Ein zentrales Ergebnis dieser Arbeit ist, dass die statistische Ermittlung relevanter Einflussfaktoren auf Planungsprozesse und Ableitung von Aufwandskennwerten aus der statistischen Untersuchung abgeschlossener Projekte überhaupt möglich ist. Als Ergebnisse liegen die statistisch signifikanten Einflussfaktoren auf Stundenaufwände für Planungsleistungen vor. Für jede Leistungsphase der HOAI werden die relevanten Einflussfaktoren mit ihrer Wirkungsrichtung ermittelt und nach ihrer Einflusshöhe bewertet.
